Caring Hearts is proud to partner with the New Frontier Training Academy (NFTA), a premiere foster care training service designed to help people like you navigate the journey toward becoming a licensed foster parent. NFTA's goal is to make the development process as thorough and streamlined as possible by offering its four-component curriculum virtually and at convenient times throughout each month.

The NFTA Approach

NFTA was created by members of the Caring Hearts team in 2023 to address the dire need for new foster families and streamline the development process. This innovative approach to development allows NFTA to:

Provide quality training in a virtual setting with four components
- This approach saves families travel time and brings the learning process to families in their home environment
Offer multiple opportunities for families to complete their training
- Trainings are offered after hours, during the week and on weekends to remove any time barriers for potential foster families
